Match Report
The new year started off with APOEL having its first game away and winning it! A lot injuries meant fewer options for the manager and despite that our team managed to control the game and win in the end thus staying on the top of the leader board. At 16’ a great chance to score was missed after Elia aimed at the goal post and a number of chances were missed later on without any side managing to score a goal however. This until the end of the first half.
The second half saw APOEL raising its pace and finally, after more missed chances, Michael scored the only goal at 70’ making the final score 0-1.
