After a great performance away to Schalke at the Veltins Arena and a drawing 1-1 APOEL departed from the UEFA Cup with its head held high.
APOEL opened the score in just the sixth minute with Helio Pinto, while Schalke’s Christian Pender got an equaliser in the second half.
